2.在海尔工作期间，主持冰箱、空调、洗衣机、热水器、油烟机、消毒柜等设计项目近百项，直接经费1000余万元，为企业创造经济效益上亿元。个人主持的陶瓷冰箱设计，获国际工业设计奖红点奖1项，主持设计的海尔空调获国际工业设计奖IF奖3项，带领团队获国际大奖40余项；获中国红星奖至尊金奖、金奖各1项；获首届山东工业设计大奖赛优秀设计师第一名；申请专利30余项。

Scientific research projects/awards:
Participated in a provincial and ministerial level project from 2015 to 2017: Platform Environmental Adaptability Analysis and Research, with a personal funding of 100000 yuan.
During my tenure at Haier, I led nearly a hundred design projects for refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, water heaters, range hoods, and disinfection cabinets, with a direct budget of over 10 million yuan, creating economic benefits for the enterprise of over 100 million yuan. I personally led the design of a ceramic refrigerator and won one Red Dot Award at the International Industrial Design Award. I also led the design of a Haier air conditioner and won three IF Awards at the International Industrial Design Award. I led my team to win over 40 international awards; Received 1 Supreme Gold Award and 1 Gold Award from the China Red Star Awards; Won the first place as an excellent designer in the first Shandong Industrial Design Grand Prix; More than 30 patents have been applied for.
Hosted 6 Haier design innovation projects at Haida from 2013 to 2022, with a total budget of 2 million yuan, with a total budget of over 1.5 million yuan; Has won multiple awards as an excellent instructor in guiding student design competitions; In 2018, he was awarded the first Dragon Award by the School of Engineering, and in 2021, he was awarded the second prize for the construction of the innovative practical teaching system in the school's industrial design major.
