刘贵杰,男,1968年生人,博士、教授,现任中国海洋大学工程学院副院长,青岛市拔尖人才、青州市 “云门学者”、青岛市水下溢油检测机器人专家工作站首席专家、青岛市毛纺设备专家工作站首席专家、青岛市先进包装机械专家工作站首席专家。主要从事水下机器人、水下仿生学、海洋机电装备、设备状态监测与故障诊断等方向的研究,先后主持和参与承担国家级课题6项,主持省部级课题7项、市厅级课题7项,发表学术论文 100余篇,SCI/EI收录论文60余篇,获授权国家发明专利7项,先后获青岛市经术发明一等奖1项、山东省科技进步三等奖1项、山东高校优秀科研成果奖自然科学类二等奖和三等奖各1项。

2.1990.9-1993.6,合肥工业大学机械学专业攻读硕士研究生,获工学硕士学位;

3.2000.9-2003.7,东北大学机械制造及其自动化专业攻读博士研究生,获工学博士学位;

4.2005.4-2007.7,中国海洋大学水利工程博士后流动工作站从事博士后研究工作,主要从事海洋工程装备相关技术与应用研究。
